Privacy
These files are not yours to share.
An invoice carries your client’s name, their amounts, sometimes their bank details. Uploading it to an unknown website to check it is a confidentiality problem before it is a preference.
Pruvue cannot send your files. The whole check runs in your browser: no server receives them, because there is no server. While you are checking an invoice, the application makes no network request beyond downloading its own files.
Do not take our word for it. Open your browser’s Network tab while you check an invoice. You will see what we see, which is nothing.

- Small businesses must also issue them.

Are my files sent anywhere?
No. The check runs entirely in your browser. The application downloads only its own files and never sends yours. Verifiable in the Network tab.
Is Pruvue an accredited platform?
No, and it replaces none. It is a reading and checking tool that works beside yours.
Which formats and which profiles?
Factur-X files as PDF, and standalone CII XML files. All five profiles, MINIMUM through EXTENDED, are checked in full. The names factur-x.xml, zugferd-invoice.xml and xrechnung.xml are accepted for reading.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. Pruvue records a file’s technical conformance to the cited standards. For how your obligations apply to you, ask your adviser.
Does it work offline?
Yes, after the first load. The application installs like a desktop application if you wish.
What if I do not renew?
Everything you bought keeps working, indefinitely. You simply stop receiving the new rules published after your update window.
